Just pour them directly onto the toughened glass platform which can easily be wiped down and cleaned. If you need to measure larger quantities of mixed ingredients at the same time you can use your own mixing bowl, and the Add & Weigh function guarantees an accurate reading. There’s even an Aquatronic™ function for when you need to weigh liquids.
