The Stop N Safe 2 gate is ideal for fastening to doors and stairs with a width of 84 – 89 cm. Alternatively and for larger passages we recommend using the Stop N Safe 2 incl. 21 cm extension (96 101 cm) or Stop N Safe 2 incl. 21 cm of extension. All these models can be further expanded with 9 cm and 21 cm extensions and combined with Y clamps for fixing to stair railings with round bars.
The gate can be securely locked between door frames, walls or stairs by means of adjusting screws. It is not necessary to drill the wall. The gate can be opened with one hand by an adult and in both directions. So the other hand will be free for the baby or for the shopping bags. The Stop N Safe 2 has a manual closing mechanism with double safety device, which prevents uncontrolled opening by children. With 9 cm or 21 cm extensions and optional Y-studs, it can be extended up to 110 cm and therefore also used on round stair railings. Furthermore, combination with Y-clamps on stair railings with round or oval bars is possible. If required, the Y-clamps can be mounted on one side of the grille in place of the set screws.
