The Bake Away range’s springform has been specifically designed for the take away: it is in fact equipped with a lid for transport. The lid, made of plastic, perfectly adapts to the mould, closing it. The two practical handles allow easy transport of the cake inside the springform. The lid is not for use in the oven.
