The saucepan is coated with the 6-layer non-stick coating GRANITIUM Ti-X plus an additional layer of titanium, which protects against scratches and cracks. The saucepan is forged from solid aluminum and heats up very quickly. What remains cool about the cookware: the ergonomic stainless steel handle. If you have an induction cooker, you benefit from the special radiant induction technology of the induction-suitable pot. This guarantees good heat conduction, making cooking more energy efficient.
