When it’s red, it’s ready. The ‘ThermoPoint’ indicator on the heat-proof handle of this frying pan changes from green to red when the optimum frying temperature has been reached.
3 Layers of Non-Stick Coating
As well as being super durable and yet light to hold, this forged aluminium frying pan also benefits from three layers of ceramic-reinforced non-stick coating. Not only does this make it easy to clean, the frying pan is also dishwasher safe for added convenience, prolonging its working life to way beyond that of a standard frying pan.
If you need to finish your food off in the oven, the frying pan is oven safe up to 150°C. Made in Italy
